Branch History
For many decades the Library was located in Michigantown and called the Michigantown Library. In 2008, a new building with barn-like interior design was built just south of the town and renamed the Michigan Road Library. The Michigan Road Library is home to a Leo Stock replica scale model of a round barn located in the Delphi area.

Branch History
The Rossville Library is the largest of the three branch libraries. The Library originally started in May 1982 as an independent library staffed completely by volunteers and donated books. In December 1984, it joined the Michigantown and Mulberry Libraries as a part of the Clinton County Contractual Library. The current Library building opened in 1997 at 400 West Main St. Most of the wooden tables and chairs in our building are refurbished oak from the original Frankfort Carnegie building of the early 1900’s.
