Read, Play, Grow is an active family story hour for children 18 months through kindergarten, and their parent(s). Children love to learn from each other, so this is a great time to bring a sibling along, too!
We begin with a read aloud story, which gives families a quiet time to listen and discover. Then children have time to visit various learning stations. These stations include: science, math, art, fine motor, gross motor, and early literacy activities. We close the program with a special group activity.
Read, Play, GROW provides a great opportunity for parents and caregivers to interact with their children while engaging in numerous sensory-rich, learning activity stations. And of course to have some fun, too!
