After several years of tearing up the road, Bonham brings it all together in Indiana, the Crossroads of America.

Timothy Wright will perform on March 5. For the past 4 decades, Timothy Wright has been “honing his craft” of playing live and recorded music in the Indiana band, The Wright Brothers.  When the band decided to “get off the road,” Timothy began his solo music career, performing at local restaurants around the Indianapolis area and in Nashville, TN.

Singing and playing acoustic guitar, his greatest influence has been James Taylor.  “I enjoy J.T.’s songwriting and finger picking guitar style” more than any other songwriter, Wright says.

Cellist Sara Wollan and Harpist Andrea Stern will be performing together on our Skanta stage on May 14. Sara Wollan cellist, from West Lafayette, daughter of Purdue math prof dad and piano teacher mother, left at 16 to study in Paris with Andre Navarra , at 19 returned to Indiana University music school. Performed abroad for years before returning to hometown where she presently teaches a full studio of private students.

Andrea Stern is a harpist whose first inspiration to play the harp was Harpo Marx of the Marx Brothers. She studied at the Cleveland Institute of Music and New England Conservatory and has won several solo competitions, including a concerto competition in Venezuela where she was principal Harpist with the Orquesta Sinfónica de Maracaibots and plays concerts frequently.

Clare Longendyke can be seen on June 4th and is an award-winning pianist whose dazzling musicianship and colorful interpretations delight audiences wherever she performs. Recognized for the expressive energy and originality she brings to new and traditional repertoire, the effervescent soloist and chamber musician won four national competitions and was a finalist in several others during the past decade.
