Story time in the Children’s Garden
Do you and your little ones like to be outdoors? Do you like to help fruits, plants, and veggies grow? Do you find yourself fond of dirt and bugs? This is the program for you! Bring your kiddos to the library garden outdoors near the parking lot. Join Miss Gina as she teaches you how to garden, how to care for plants, which insects help our gardens, and much more! Miss Gina will read a story or two and sing some interactive songs. This program is aimed for children 18 months old through Kindergarten. The program is hands on and Miss Gina usually has something to take home whether it be a kit or something fresh right from the garden that the children have helped grow! Let the gardening fun begin!
