Got Homeschool Questions? Homeschooling 101 with Regional Rep, Kathy Hodge

Parents and caregivers interested in learning more about homeschooling and finding resources are invited to a Homeschool 101 session with Kathy Hodge, Clinton County Regional Representative for the Indiana Association of Home Educators (IAHE). The informative session is on Sat., Aug. 12, at 11:00 A.M. in Room 219 at the Frankfort Community Public Library. The program is free and registration is not required.

Region 4 Representatives

Kathy Hodge, her husband Tim, and her family are residents of Frankfort. As per the IAHE website, “Tim and Kathy have homeschooled their children for 28 years. They have graduated seven and currently teach two…It is their desire to make known the homeschool groups available in Region 4 and to connect families with resources available” (IAHE.net). As the regional representatives for Clinton County and beyond, Kathy and Tim are veteran homeschoolers. Kathy will speak about getting started, finding local groups, tips and tricks, and more. 

The Indiana Association of Home Educators

The Indiana Association of Home Educators is Indiana’s state organization founded in the early days of the modern homeschool movement (1983). Among their primary focuses are publishing information of interest for home educators, and sponsoring seminars and events to encourage families. (IAHE.net)
