
Young people of Clinton County are invited to participate in a workshop designed to help women and other underrepresented groups develop the confidence to promote themselves in school, their personal life, the workplace, and beyond. The program, #IamRemarkable is facilitated by the talented Sherry Gick.
The virtual workshop is scheduled to be held Thurs., Oct. 1, at 6:00-7:30 p.m. To receive links to this event register at myfcpl.org/calendar or call the library Teen Desk at (765)654-8746. This event is free and open to any one in grades 6 – adult.
What is #IamRemarkable
#IamRemarkable is a Google initiative aimed at “empowering women and other underrepresented groups to celebrate their achievements”. This program aims to: Improve the motivation and self-promotion skills: Change social perceptions and refresh the conversation around self-promotion.
