Local Gems

Local Gems Exhibit in the Hubbard Gallery

Local Gems is an art exhibit featuring work by Rena Brouwer, Daniel Driggs, C.J. Laster, Jennifer Wells, and Wayne Williams.

The Frankfort Community Public Library is pleased to showcase artwork by five local artists in the Anna & Harlan Hubbard Gallery October 16–November 23, 2020.  The exhibit is titled “Local Gems” and features artwork by Frankfort artists, or artists with ties to the city. The exhibit will include watercolor and alcohol ink paintings by Rena Brouwer, oil and acrylic paintings by Daniel Driggs, painted porcelain by C.J. Laster, photography by Jennifer Wells, and wooden ornaments and holiday décor by Wayne Williams. Artwork will be for sale, and a portion of each sale goes to the Friends of the Frankfort Library. The Friends use this money to sponsor arts and children’s programs at the library including Clinton County Youth Theatre and the Annual Concert Series. Learn more about the Friends and become a member here.
