Branch History
For many decades the Library was located in Michigantown and called the Michigantown Library. In 2008, a new building with barn-like interior design was built just south of the town and renamed the Michigan Road Library. The Michigan Road Library is home to a Leo Stock replica scale model of a round barn located in the Delphi area.

Branch History
The Mulberry Library opened their doors in 2000 at their current location of 615 E. Jackson St. Artist Kim Van Arsdell designed all of the stained glass for the upper windows of the library. In 2013, in partnership with Clinton County Soil and Water, a demonstration rain garden was planted behind the library. Inside the library a variety of interesting items can be found including: Maori Masks, a variety of wooden toys, a WWII tool box and a wall hanging called “Invention of the Written Word.”

Branch History
The Rossville Library is the largest of the three branch libraries. The Library originally started in May 1982 as an independent library staffed completely by volunteers and donated books. In December 1984, it joined the Michigantown and Mulberry Libraries as a part of the Clinton County Contractual Library. The current Library building opened in 1997 at 400 West Main St. Most of the wooden tables and chairs in the building are refurbished oak from the original Frankfort Carnegie building of the early 1900’s.
