Hi everyone! It’s Miss Maeve here. I hope you all have enjoyed your summer. One of my favorite things about summer is making s’mores by the campfire. This year was a little different, and I wasn’t able to make s’mores by the campfire and I was really craving some s’mores. That led me to create a s’mores pie! It is really simple to make. Not only will your kids enjoy eating it, they will have a good time making it.

S’mores Pie
Recipe by Maeve Brewer
Ingredients:
2 boxes of chocolate instant pudding mix (5.9 oz)
2 cups of milk
1 premade graham cracker crust
3 cups of marshmallows
¼ cup of water
¼ cup of chocolate chips (optional)
3 graham crackers crushed (optional)
Directions:
First, mix the 2 boxes of instant pudding and the 2 cups of milk. Pour this into your graham cracker piecrust and refrigerate. While the pudding is setting, melt your marshmallows in a microwave safe dish. Put marshmallow and ¼ cup of water in dish and microwave for 10 seconds. Stir the marshmallows then repeat until the marshmallows have melted completely. Once the marshmallows have melted completely, you can pour it over the top of the pudding. Return the pie to the refrigerator to cool. Take the 3 graham crackers and crush them in a baggie. In a glass bowl, microwave your chocolate chips for 30 seconds. Remove the bowl and stir. Repeat this process until the chocolate has melted completely. Be careful when removing the bowl because it may be hot. Sprinkle the crushed graham cracker on top of the marshmallow and then drizzled it with the chocolate. Voila, now you have a yummy delicious treat. Enjoy!
