The Frankfort Library has received Indiana State tax forms. These forms are available in the Adult Services department located on the lower level of the library. They are currently being displayed by the public computers. We have all the major forms, including the state tax booklets. We have also received Federal 1040 tax booklets, which include all the schedules, along with a few individual forms.
Any forms that the library does not have on hand can be printed at the library. We will allow each patron to print out 10 pages worth of tax forms for free, any additional pages can be printed for normal rate of $0.10 per page. Patrons will be required to present an ID before having their free forms printed.
The library also has tax books available for checkout. Our staff is unable to provide any assistance with filling out tax forms. We strongly suggest seeking out a qualified tax professional if you need help filling out tax forms. Seniors can visit the Paul Phillippe Resource center for assistance.
