With the holidays nearing, the library will be closed more often than normal. If you still want to check out books, CDs, TV shows, movies, and more, visit OverDrive or Hoopla. You can also download the Libby app from the Play Store on Android or the App Store on Apple products. This app allows you to check out any titles from OverDrive, and download them to your device to read on your own time. You can use any of these programs day or night, even if the library is closed.
OverDrive can be used on a smart phone, iPad, desktop computer, tablet, laptop, or Kindle device. The Libby app works on a smart phone, iPad, or tablet. Hoopla is compatible with smart phones, desktop computers, iPads, tablets, laptops, Apple TV, Amazon Fire TV, Android TV, Chromecast, and Roku. All you need to use these programs is your library card!
